Sacred Celebration

Sacred Celebration is a monthly, spiritual gathering for the entire Louisville community. It presents an opportunity for people of diverse backgrounds to come together and honor the sacredness of all creation.

Sacred Celebration is a co-creative effort by artists, spiritual leaders, and activists working together to create enjoyable, reverent, multi-media experiences for people of all ages. Attendees are invited to participate in a multi-media event including: music, dance, visual arts, inspirational words, play, and sacred ceremony.

Background Information on the Sacred Celebration

As a result of the enthusiastic response to the Cosmic Celebration with Matthew Fox on April 15th, Cultivating Connections and a handful of dedicated community members decided to offer monthly gatherings called Sacred Celebration.

After seeing the diverse crowd gathered for the Cosmic Celebration we believe these gatherings will help facilitate a deeper sense of connectedness within Louisville’s progressive community, young and old, secular and religious.

Our intention is to present the Sacred Celebration at various Louisville area venues involving and including all those who share our vision for a healthier, sustainable future for ourselves, for all humans, for all species, and for planet Earth.
